Not to be confused with your Claim Reference, your Repair Reference can be found on the email or SMS that is sent to invite you to book or view updates on your repair via the Repair Hub.

It would be advisable to make a note of this number, as this reference is unique to your repair and can be used to access your repair details throughout the repair journey.

Can't find your repair reference?

No problem. If you supplied your email address when you first contacted us you can use that, along with your registration, to request an email with your details on. If we only hold your telephone number please use the Contact Page to request your reference.
